Last week, I was cruising the message boards on ebay and Paypal administration had posted looking for information on how to improve there "service", something that they have never had. Does GPay is going to break the market of paypal,
I have heard that gpay is belong to google is that true.
Having experienced Paypal's customer 'service' first hand I have elected to hold back on my next sale until such time as Gbuy hits the UK market.
I was disgusted with Paypal's approach to customer service, routing my follow up enquiries to different, seemingly remote, agents with apparently no history of previous correspondence. How this is conducive to resolving a complaint I don't know. I suspect, however, this was their very tact, to wear the customer down to the point where you just think fine, I'll vote with my feet. I am SO glad that I will finally be able to! Over to you Gbuy!
